Meet The Directors

Michael Greenwell

– Director

Michael is joint founder and the Managing Director of our company. He is in charge of the operational performance of the business and will likely be your first contact with our team. Michael leads every project through the vital preconstruction phase, providing an executive link for clients. He understands their complex needs and expectations and takes personal responsibility for his team's commitment to maintaining good relations with all project stakeholders and upholding our company values. Michael conducts regular reviews on every project to ensure that works are being performed efficiently and that his team is delivering its commitment of quality, time, and program.

Mathew Brooker

– Director

Matthew is a joint founder and Commercial Director of GreenBrook. Matthews’ role is to head up all commercial aspects of the business including Contract Management, Cost Control, Estimating and Tendering. He is heavily involved pre-construction in developing accurate costings and forecasts to ensure each project is a success. This is achieved through a solid understanding of construction processes, paired with the most up-to-date knowledge of market trends. Matthews’ focus is to ensure clients receive the best value for money. He achieves this in a number of ways, including consulting with the client, designers and key trades to identify risks and opportunities, buildability issues and alternate methodologies.

Ben Greenwell

– Director

Ben is the Construction Director for GreenBrook. Ben is heavily involved in all projects and the go-to guy for our clients during the construction and delivery phase. His presence on every site is felt by management, clients and subcontractors alike. All project stakeholders quickly understand and respect Ben’s high standards for the quality, culture and safety required on all GreenBrook projects. Ben has an uncanny ability of identifying project risks not visible to most and implementing action plans to manage these risks. His empathetic yet straightforward communication style leaves no one wondering about the intention or objectives of a conversation.

At GreenBrook, we value community. GreenBrook is a proud supporter of the Clontarf Foundation, which supports First Nations families in encouraging young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men to attend school, complete their high school education and enter employment.

The Clontarf Foundation runs academies in almost 140 schools across Western Australia, Northern Territory, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia, and – with the support of companies like ours – continues to succeed in improving educational outcomes and employment opportunities for First Nations people throughout Australia.

In addition to our work with the Clontarf Foundation, GreenBrook supports local community events and charity fundraisers and we’re always looking for new ways to work with the community.
