We engage the design team and collaborate with all stakeholders to guarantee that the design stays within the budget. It is an “open book” process that ensures transparency from the very beginning and reduces the project timeline.

3. Design & Construction

With design and construction, our team undertakes both the design and the build on your behalf. You can have peace of mind because we take responsibly for all design risks and the management of all consultants. This streamlined approach is a very effective way to stay within your budget.

4.Completion & Delivery

Our team know how a project will be completed before it has begun. By developing completion and commissioning Plans, we ensure all relevant documentation and inspections are completed so a final occupation certificate can be issued. We then train your staff and provide a professional, user-friendly operation and maintenance manual.
