GreenBrook Partners with Kaipara
Kaipara’s Wagga Wagga HomeCentre is transforming and GreenBrook have been engaged to make it happen. Engaged to undertake the tenancy split and Lessor works for the new Supercheap Easy tenancy, we have managed the design phase through to construction. With works well underway, we are due to complete the project a week early.

Furthermore, Kaipara have engaged GreenBrook to convert the ex-Masters Garden Centre in the Kelso HomeCentre into a new World Gym. Engaged on a Design and Construct contract, GreenBrook will install a steel portal frame structure, base building services and shopfront within 4 months.
