GreenBrook is delivering the transformation of 15–21 Doody Street, Alexandria – the former Max Brenner chocolate factory – into premium commercial office suites in Sydney. This adaptive reuse project blends heritage character with modern commercial construction, showcasing the expertise of GreenBrook as trusted commercial builders in Sydney.

Step through the original gates of the old chocolate factory and into a space where heritage meets innovation. Behind the distinctive brick façade lies a striking fusion of old and new – exposed beams, character brick walls, industrial-style windows, and polished concrete floors that honour the building’s rich history while creating a new chapter for creative enterprise.

This adaptive reuse project will see the creation of 10 new office suites, each designed with high ceilings, abundant natural light, and contemporary finishes such as polished concrete or French oak timber flooring. With private kitchenettes, balconies on select suites, and the energy of a popular café at ground level, 15–21 Doody Street will offer tenants a workplace that blends style, function, and community.
