Warilla Grove upgrade works involve a staged refurbishment of the shopping centre in Shellharbour, NSW, delivered by GreenBrook for HomeCo, including new tenancies, circulation upgrades and infrastructure improvements while the centre remains operational.
GreenBrook is currently delivering Warilla Grove upgrade works in the Shellharbour region, following the centre’s recent acquisition by HomeCo.
This is a three-stage project being delivered over the next 12 months, with the shopping centre remaining fully operational throughout. A key focus of the Warilla Grove upgrade works is managing tenancy coordination and staging to minimise disruption while progressively delivering each phase of construction.
GreenBrook has been engaged on a full turnkey basis, managing the project from design coordination through to construction delivery and final handover.
The scope of works includes the delivery of new tenancies across medical, pharmacy, café, gym, food and beverage and retail, along with major upgrades to the centre’s infrastructure and circulation.
